SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- If you're heading to the Carrier Dome Saturday for SU's home opener the Syracuse police say you can expect traffic delays.

Parking permit holders will have to follow detours to get into and out of the stadium parking lots. Police say if you do not have parking permits, you should utilize the Manley or Skytop parking lots, and then ride the shuttle to the dome.

Also, police will be ticketing and towing illegally parked vehicles. Fines begin at $20 and increase to $80 depending on the violation.
