No progress in Senate

Another day filled with developments and yet not an inch of real progress to report. The warring factions, along with Governor Paterson, did meet face to face, huddled behind closed doors for more than an hour and a half. But when all was said and done, there was no deal. Former Deerfield mom pleads not guilty in baby's death

A North Carolina woman accused of suffocating her baby while living in Oneida County is back in New York. LeeAnn Wimmers, 20, was extradited from North Carolina Thursday for her arraignment.

Senate Dems claim quorum, start passing bills
