Another day filled with developments and yet not an inch of real progress to report. The warring factions, along with Governor Paterson, did meet face to face, huddled behind closed doors for more than an hour and a half. But when all was said and done, there was no deal. Felder's attorney wants some evidence suppressed
The man accused in a spring homicide in Utica appeared in court as his attorney tried to suppress evidence in his case. David Felder is accused of shooting and killing Joseph Wilson along Plant Street back in March.

Senate Dems claim quorum, start passing bills
More than three weeks into the Senate stalemate and there are still no agreements on key pieces of legislation that were supposed to be passed by now. Governor Paterson has ordered both sides into the Senate chamber again to try to work out their differences. There was one memorable moment Tuesday and it involved a Republican senator from Queens who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Erin Billups reports.
